Thermal vision for ADAS and AV developers, plug-and-play in an IP67 heated enclosure.
A Boson thermal sensor in a rugged, IP67-rated enclosure with a heated window for all-weather driving. Detects pedestrians up to 200 m out, day or night, through fog, smoke, and headlight glare. USB-C and GMSL2 interfaces make installation plug-and-play, and the data stream ports directly into existing host platforms.
UNIT · ADKThe FLIR ADK is the cost-effective path to automotive thermal vision for advanced driver-assistance systems and autonomous vehicles. Thermal cameras image heat, not light, which makes them the most reliable sensor technology for pedestrian detection in cluttered environments, past headlight glare, and in zero-light conditions where visible cameras and lidar degrade.
Unlike the bare Boson core it's built around, the ADK arrives ready to bolt onto a vehicle: weatherproof housing, heated external window, and selectable 60/30 Hz video in 16-bit raw TIFF or compressed 8-bit formats. It's compatible with NVIDIA, Linux, Windows, ROS, and ADTF, and pairs with the free FLIR Thermal Starter Dataset for building classification analytics quickly.
